We run a documented Safety Management System led by a full-time HSE compliance manager and a full-time HSE field supervisor with more than 20 years of field experience. From operator qualification to daily job safety analysis, our programs keep your work sites compliant, audit-ready and safe.

A full-time HSE compliance manager builds customized training for each employee as part of our Safety Management System, drawing on top-tier experience in industry safety standards.
HSE Field Supervisor
A full-time HSE field supervisor with more than 20 years of experience oversees day to day operations in the field, so safety is enforced where the work happens, not just on paper.
Competent Person Superintendents
Field superintendents are trained and authorized as Competent Persons for excavations, with the required permit and checklist on every dig.

Operator Qualification
Our Operator Qualifications Plan (OQP) complies with DOT 49 CFR Subpart N and 195 Subpart G, so every employee has the training and resources to handle the job and any emergency situation.
Stop Work Authority
Every employee holds Stop Work Authority, so anyone can halt unsafe work. We run a daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA), plus weekly and monthly safety meetings.
Behavior-Based Safety
Our behavior-based safety (BBS) program focuses on changing habits, not just rules, backed by hazard risk assessments and risk mitigation training.
On-Board Air Monitoring
Every crew truck carries a fully functioning on-board air monitor and trained personnel. Carded, trained riggers run daily equipment inspections, all documented on the JSA.
Compliance And Environmental Responsibility
Rogue complies with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and permits. Supervisors follow permits strictly, every excavation requires a completed permit and checklist signed off by a Competent Person superintendent, and operator evaluations are documented and available on request.
