- Operator Qualification Plan compliant with DOT 49 CFR Subpart N and 195 Subpart G.
- Stop Work Authority held by every employee on every site.
- Daily Job Safety Analysis plus weekly and monthly safety meetings.
- Full-time HSE compliance manager and an HSE field supervisor with 20+ years in the field.
- Competent Person superintendents with a signed permit and checklist on every excavation.
- On-board air monitoring in every crew truck, inspections documented on the JSA.
